Who is Jeff Anderson?
I’ve actually emailed back and forth with Jeff on a number of occassions discussing his products, fitness & other topics. I haven’t met him in person (yet), but through the emails and all of his products I’ve gotten to know him a bit.
So let me tell you about Jeff.
Jeff served in the U.S. Military for 10 years. He was trained by the military as a Weight Control Specialist and Master Fitness Trainer.
After his service in the military, he studied fitness even more, testing different methods, tracking results & researching studies – earning himself the nickname “The Muscle Nerd”.
He’s been able to take the military’s highly effective fat burning program (which they spent BILLIONS of dollars researching) and make it more effective and doable for the average person, which is why he is also called “The Champion for the Average Joe & Jane”.
In my experience, Jeff is not giving advice to the athletes who train for a living or the bodybuilders who workout for a living – he’s figuring out how to help the average person with average or even below average genetics get a better body without their lives revolving around their workouts & diets.
He’s a solid, down-to-earth dude and his programs actually work. I even purchased a copy of his Combat the Fat program for my sister when she wanted to get in better shape, and I recommend his muscle building programs to my friends who want to build more muscle.
Jeff is my goto guy for fitness advice, and I honestly recommend his stuff to all my friends and family.
If you’re looking for hardcore bodybuilding, powerlifting or strongman training advice, Jeff probably isn’t the guy you should check out. But if you’re an average person trying to lose some weight or build some muscle (or maybe even both), then check out Jeff’s programs & read his blogs (linked to in the sidebar).
And don’t forget to check out my bonus offers for his programs!
